1. The service
SageRealm creates interactive narrative worlds shaped by dialogue, investigation, and player choice. Public account access and paid products are not currently open.
2. Accounts and age
If accounts become available, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter this agreement or use the service with permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape or automate it abusively, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use SageRealm unlawfully.
4. Creative content
SageRealm's software, art, characters, writing, worlds, and design are owned by Vignis LLC or its licensors. You retain rights in material you submit, while granting us the limited rights needed to operate the service.
5. Purchases
When sales open, the exact product, price, currency, tax, access term, and renewal status will be shown before payment. Paddle will act as Merchant of Record and process payment, tax, billing, and refunds. Our Refund Policy will apply.
6. Availability and liability
Development builds may change, pause, or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SageRealm is provided as available and Vignis LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
